We offer refunds or replacements for:
• Incorrect items received
• Damaged products
• Defective or misprinted items
Refund or replacement requests must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date.

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Photos of the item if applicable
Because all GrimRep products are made to order, we do not offer refunds for sizing issues or buyer’s remorse. Please review sizing charts carefully before placing your order.
